Pamec Winery has finally arrived!

The long-awaited Pamec Winery has officially opened its doors, and we’re so excited to welcome them to town. This is a big win for Temecula.

A New Favorite in Old Town

You’ll find Pamec in the heart of Old Town Temecula, tucked just to the left of Hotel Palomar - an iconic historic spot in town. While their permanent winery is in the works out in Temecula’s wine country, this temporary location gives us the perfect taste of what’s to come.

And trust us, it’s worth a visit.

Natural Wines with Character

Pamec is a minimal intervention winery, focused on crafting natural wines that speak for themselves. These aren’t your standard sips - they’re thoughtful, a little wild in the best way (like their chilled Cabernet Franc), and packed with personality. If you’re into wines that feel small-batch, a little edgy, and not overly processed, this is your place.

A Patio Worth Posting About

The outdoor setup is a total vibe. The patio has lots of shade and umbrellas, with a laid-back feel that still connects you to the energy of Front Street. Whether you’re people-watching, wine-tasting, or just relaxing, it’s a perfect spot to kick back.

Food from Flour & Herbs? Yes Please

They’ve also partnered with Herb & Wood, who now serves up food at Pamec and it’s so good. We had the chicken kabobs, and they were delicious! It’s the kind of menu that pairs well with wine but still holds its own.
